Our journey

From Kolkata to Belgium

Nirvana Kitchen began its humble journey in the year 2016 with Chef Tanima and food-entrepreneur Samarjit. Leuven, Belgium gave us our dream location and clients- young, ready to explore different cuisines with an open mind and full of opportunities. What began as an experimental cloud kitchen soon evolved into a fun concept of exploring diasporic Indian cuisine. Armed with our strong Bengali food enthusiasm for fresh, seasonal produce we found ourselves cooking Indian food with truely Belgian produce, sourced locally.
